Cancellation Policy: Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellation and interruption. If a Guest elects to cancel, there shall be no refund of deposits, fees or rent paid within 60 days of the arrival date. Cancellation 61+ days prior to arrival shall be refunded at 50% of deposit, rent and fees held. The Host reserves the right to cancel at any time. If the Host invokes their right to cancel prior to the start date of the rental 100% of payments made toward the reservation will be refunded.
